Refund policy

At Chasing Activewear, we prioritize your satisfaction, and while we do not offer returns or refunds, we are happy to accommodate exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Exchange To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received itโ€”unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating an Exchange To start an exchange, please contact us at chasingactivewear@gmail.com. Note that exchanges are subject to availability in the requested size or item. If your requested size or item is unavailable, we will notify you of alternative options.

Shipping Instructions If your exchange is accepted, weโ€™ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Non-Exchangeable Items Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to request an exchange within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received itโ€”unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
