Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any potential delays with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Chasing Activewear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). You can track your order directly through the provided link or by visiting the carrier's website.

Shipping Address Accuracy Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Chasing Activewear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address error occurs, please contact us immediately at chasingactivewear@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages Chasing Activewear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at chasingactivewear@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim.

Shipping Restrictions Due to certain restrictions, we may not be able to ship to specific locations. If your location falls under a restricted area, we will notify you upon order placement.

P.O. Boxes Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid residential or commercial address is required for delivery.
